Breath Work Sessions
In 2022 I completed a thorough training on breathwork, coaching, and retreats with Awakened Breath. Since then I have been facilitating and teaching breathwork as well as other facilitators.
I offer functional breathwork sessions (nervous system regulation, relaxing techniques, and activating techniques).
I also offer Divine Emergence Breathwork which is a full trauma release breathwork session. In this connection call you will be provided with a free breath assessment.
Transformational Coaching
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program.
Just like no two people are the same, no two coaching journeys should be either. In this 6-week container, we’ll tailor everything to you —your mind, your body, and your spirit.
What sets this work apart is my integration of breathwork—not just as a tool, but as a core part of your transformation. Unlike most facilitators, I offer guided breathwork journeys and foundational breathwork training, so you’re not just receiving support—you’re learning to embody it and also share it with those closest to you.
